Dr Vinay Mehra qualified as a doctor in 2000. He has worked in the UK for 13 years and moved to Australia in 2015. He holds fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is also member of Royal College of GP’s in the UK and a member of Royal College of Paediatrics and child health. He believes strongly in holistic patient care.
He likes to look after all aspects of your health and provides minor surgery services as well. His main interest is in looking after chronic diseases like diabetes, asthma, heart health etc. He understands the growing health needs of working middle aged local community and wishes to provide them healthcare after office hours.
Dr Mehra likes to travel when he can with his family exploring different parts of the country and world. He fluently speaks English, Hindi and Punjabi.
Alisha is our new practice nurse. She has graduated as Registerd Nurse from Western Sydney University. During her training she has worked in hospitals in Sydney; Liverpool, Westmead, Blacktown and Bankstown. She has also worked in one of the biggest Army hospital in Nepal and worked in Emergency units. She aspires to complete her Masters degree in Nursing and work towards becoming a nurse practitioner. She will take care of all the nursing needs including immunisations, health plans and dressings.
Charu is an Australian trained Physiotherapist who has gained extensive experience in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions. She has been working in different hospital setups and private practices in Australia for the last 10 years.
She has a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy and has also teaching background as a college lecturer. Her key areas of interest are Neck and Back Pain, Shoulder Problems and Knee injuries including Osteoarthritis. She strongly believes in promoting active rehabilitation and gaining patient's compliance by ongoing education.
Charu is the director of PROCURE PHYSIO and runs GLA:D Program (Good Life with Arthritis) at the practice. You can call the practice for arranging a free education session. She loves being creative in her spare time and also enjoys gardening.

Joshua is Procure Physiotherapy’s accredited Exercise Physiologist who holds a strong interest in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Joshua specialises in clinical exercise interventions for our clients with health issues – this can be anything from health and physical activity education, support for lifestyle modification and ensuring clients can achieve lasting change in their behaviour.
With a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales, experience in treating both acute and chronic issues, you can be sure that Joshua can help you get back to full health. Joshua uses both functional and performance testing to accurately health check how your body is moving and provides tailored exercise prescriptions to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.
